Black: 1 piece (Ke4)
White to move and mate in two.

White's Wizard at c4 guards the Black King's flight squares at d3, d5, f3, and f5. With the key-move, 1.Qd6, the White Queen cuts off the dark squares at d4, e5 and f4, leaving the Black King with one move. And after 1...Ke3, 2.Qe5 is mate.
